A n elegant Country House B&B on the edge of the beautiful and historic village of Falkland, Fife.
This home was built as a manse in 1806, and formerly belonged to Francis Shand Kydd, mother of Diana, Princess of Wales. A large and comfortable family-run B&B with warm and elegant guest rooms, and a Drawing Room and Conservatory for guests' use.
There are outstanding views over the village and North Fife, and the Lomond Hills are at the back door. We are within 30 minutes of over 50 golfcourses, and well located for central Scotland.
We have 6 guest rooms, two doubles, three twins and a family room. All are beautifully furnished, and are equipped with every comfort, including electric blankets for our cooler evenings.
Breakfast is served in the light and iry conservatory, and is all locally sourced and organic where possible. We have our own free-range hens.
