A small, comfortable, family-run Bed and Breakfast set just outside the charming village of Kirkoswald in the heart of the beautiful Eden Valley.

We have two double/twin-bedded rooms both en-suite, and equipped with TV/DVD player as well as tea and coffee making facillities. There is a guest lounge with wood burning stove and free wi-fi access. Our guests are welcome to stroll our extensive mature gardens and our more recently planted arboretum.

The Eden Valley is a storehouse of beauty in its own right, but we are also ideally situated for access to the Lake District National Park, Hadrians Wall and the Borders as well as the north Pennines. In addition, we are just 6 miles from J41 of the M6 making us a great stopping off point for those heading further north or south.
