Kingfisher Lodge is situated on a quiet backwater 2 minutes walk from the centre of Wroxham.

Sleeps 6 in two doubles and one twin bedded room. There are two toilets one with shower downstairs and one with bath upstaires. Large integeral lounge incorporating kitchen and dining area. Fully equiped with washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. Outside there is a veranda with tatble and chairs and gas barbecue in the good sized garden which has water on two sides.

Price includes full gas cental heating, electricity, bedding, towel and 14ft dinghy ideal for fishing and exploring local waters.
