If you fancy taking things easy, there's plenty to discover, the village of Exelby is a ten minute walk away where you’ll find The Green Dragon pub, perfect for a ‘Yorkshire sized’ portion on the seasonal menu. The market town of Bedale is also close by, with a great selection of shops, cafes and pubs, as well as a leisure centre with a swimming pool.
