Situated in a quiet lane, we are just a minutes walk from the harbour, restaurants and shops that make Looe a popular destination. Our fully refurbished en-suite rooms are clean and enjoy crisp, Egyptian cotton bedding, fluffy white towels, LCD tv's, complimentary toiletries and drinks tray and many have sea peeps.

Our smaller double rooms are available from £55, with larger rooms from £60. Our single room is from £35. All prices are per room per night and are based on a two night stay during low season. A hearty English breakfast is included which features local award winning sausages and free range eggs sourced from a local farm.
