Rose cottage is situated in the main street of the historic village of Tintagel and so is ideally placed for shops, pubs and restaurants as well as the many places of interest including the famous Castle of King Arthur, the Old Post Office the 13th Century church that can be viewed from the cottage bedroom.

The coast path and the local beaches are easily accessible on foot with some of the county’s most breathtaking scenery. The cottage was renovated last year and retains much of its original character. It is finished throughout to a very high standard to ensure that your stay is made as comfortable as possible.

There are features throughout including slate flagstone floors, beamed ceilings and working log burner. There is a spacious living room area complete with feature fireplace, adjacent to the living room is a small snug for anyone wanting to relax and unwind with a book. This room also features a large original fireplace and a useful bed settee. There is a large kitchen diner that is fully equipped with a range style cooker, washer/dryer & freezer.

There are two bedrooms, the larger of the bedrooms has a king-size bed, cathedral ceilings and original fireplace with TV and freeview. A smaller bedroom is located at the back of the cottage and has a single bed with the option of a trundle bed which is suitable for children. The modern bathroom has a roll top bath,with shower head and heated towel rail. North Cornwall boasts some of the best coast path walking in the country and equally some of the best surfing beaches in Cornwall. Other country pursuits nearby include sailing, sea and course fishing & pony trekking. There is a golf course nearby and tennis courts in the village.
