Laburnum has a far reaching view across the valley, almost to the sea beyondIt has an unusual, stunning design with a large circular living room window to maximise the view and the light. It is spacious and most suitable for a group of friends or extended family to get together. Leave your messy boots and coats in the porch and walk through to the large living/dining room with gas "wood burner". The kitchen is superb, with stainless steel fittings, slate floor and a gas range cooker.
There is a family bathroom with bath and separate shower on the ground floor, plus one double bedroom and one single with full size hideaway bed to sleep two people.Upstairs are two huge bedrooms, a double with king size bed and a twin, both with en suite shower rooms and fabulous country views.
Laburnum's layout makes it ideal for families with someone with special needs or limited mobility as it has large ground floor bedrooms and bathroom and easy level access for wheelchairs with tarmac parkingalongside for 2 cars.
