The cottages were created in 2004 from the original brick milking parlour and stables.
The conversion has been carried out to a very high standard with oak planked doors and skirtings, fully carpeted throughout, and with Laura Ashley furnishings.
There is a view of the South Downs from the front windows and french doors open out onto the shared courtyard with tables, chairs, flower tubs etc.
Stable Cottage has three bedrooms, one double with ensuite bathroom (with shower), a twin bedroom and a third bedroom which can be used as a single or twin room. A level-entry wet shower room across the hall is shared by these two rooms.
The entrance hall leads into a large living room with sofas and chairs and there is a separate dining area with views over the 'lawn' and field beyond. The room has TV/DVD/Video/Freeview. There is a separate kitchen with fridge, washing machine and dish-washer. A tumble dryer is available in a separately accessed utility room shared with other two cottages.
