It sits on the sandy 5 mile stretch of Swansea Bay beach and is a great base for exploring the best of South-West Wales, UK.

The City Centre is a vibrant hub with over 230 shops and a fabulous market that’s home to all sorts of local delicacies.

There are loads of places to visit including the Dylan Thomas Centre, Swansea Museum and the National Waterfront Museum to name but a few. One of Swansea’s museums is Wales’ newest and the other is Wales’ oldest – Dylan Thomas even described it as a “museum that belongs in a museum.”

Heading outdoors? Explore some of Swansea’s many parks and gardens – 5 of them (Clyne Gardens, Singleton Botanical Gardens, Victoria Park, Cwmdonkin Park and Brynmill Park) have Green Flag Awards and are great places to spend time with the family; after picking up some local goodies for a picnic at Swansea Market, of course.

Swansea’s a great place for foodies too. All appetites are catered for by a range of big name brands, independent eateries and boutique bistros.

It is also widely regarded as occupying the 'most choice' position, overlooking the majestic sweep of Swansea Bay and over to Mumbles Head. Gower - first to be designated 'an area of outstanding natural beauty' - is easily accessible from here. With the buzz of the City only a short walk away, you have everything you need for a relaxing, action-packed or fun-filled break.

Located on the beach-front, this apartment offers outstanding views of the coast. From the balcony you can sit and watch remarkable sunsets, white yachts sailing across the bay, families playing on the sand and strollers enjoying the promenade and views. Swansea Bay’s sandy beach sweeps from the marina entrance at the mouth of the River Tawe to Mumbles Head, is approximately five miles in length and is bordered by a popular promenade. Within the Maritime Quarter you will find the marina, restaurants, shops, pubs, a doctor’s surgery and both indoor and outdoor leisure facilities.

A private parking space is available outside the main apartment entrance. Entrance to the apartment is via a secure communal entrance at the rear of the property. Key or intercom access only. Access is via a stairwell and is therefore not suitable for the disabled.

Please note that this is a no smoking zone and that pets cannot be accepted here.

Swansea is easily accessible for those arriving from Ireland on the ferry from Cork to Swansea or from Rosslare to either Pembroke Dock (1hour 30 mins.) or Fishguard (1 hour 50 mins.).
