If horse riding is your passion then Angie at Bank Farm; which is only a mile down the lane will be only too pleased to take you out trekking through the Wyre Forest. The Severn Valley Steam Railway’s Arley Station is also only a mile away and there are many stunning walks in the nearby forest.
For cyclists there’s the Sustran Route 45 and for fishermen the River Severn and local pools are within easy walking distance, But whilst you’re with us; why not visit the beautiful Georgian town of Bewdley on the River Severn with its fine architecture; local museum; antique and craft shops or a great day out visit the West Midlands Safari Park with its magnificent animals and fairground

Set in the beautiful Wyre forest and standing in 8 acres of its own gardens and paddocks, Woodseaves Cottage is the perfect place to stay if you want to unwind and relax. This black and white timbered cottage was built in 16th century and oozes character and charm.
A king size bed awaits you, with tea and coffee making facilities in the room together with TV, radio alarm clock, hair dryer and a generous en-suite shower room. Parking your car is not a problem as there is ample space and if you want to bring your bike, that’s fine too, as we can securely lock them away in our barn.
Woodseaves Cottage is also home to several horses, Ollie the cat and our beautiful ducks and chickens, six of which we rescued from a battery farm and are now enjoying a wonderful life here with
You will be served our generous breakfast in our dining room overlooking the garden with a choice of our own free range organic duck or chicken eggs!
