Redlands Farm Bed & Breakfast is situated in a quiet and peaceful location set in the delightful countryside of leafy Warwickshire (only 2 miles from the Motor Heritage Centre in Gaydon and 4 miles from Moreton Morrell Agricultural College).

A well established family business, run by Ann and Richard Humphries, providing excellent quality bed and breakfast in a traditional farmhouse with modern facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool and BBQ area. Easy access to major road networks, M40 and M42 motorways and within easy reach of Birmingham’s International Airport and Railway Station.

Redlands Farm Bed & Breakfast has a choice of single, twin and double rooms or a family room with a king-size four poster bed and adjoining separate twin room.The rooms are tastefully decorated, and provide a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere where rural tradition blends harmoniously with the following modern facilities:
