Our barn conversionshere at White Alice Farm were converted from the old wool barn and now provide comfortable modern holiday accommodation within thecurtalage of an historic working farm. Both are spacious light and airy with high vaulted ceilings.

The kitchens are both fully equipped with all electrical appliances, full size electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, electric kettle and toaster plus plenty of crockery, cutlery and pans etc. Tea towels provided.

Each of the bedrooms are furnished with duvets, and plenty of wardrobe space. Bed linen is provided.

The lounges have comfortable sofas and chairs, fireplace with electric fire, colour TV with freeview, DVD player and stereo with CD.  The background heating is by storage radiators in the lounge kitchen and bedrooms. The barns are well insulated and are therefore very warm.

Outside there is a large garden for lazing around in or playing games, with garden furniture and BBQ.  There are plenty of footpaths and fields to explore. There is a wealth of wildlife; rabbit’s foxes badgers and birds of pray for you to look out for. Assisting with the farming activities of the season ongoing at the time of your visit can be arranged.

Heather’s has a large balcony leading from the lounge where you can sit and watch the wildlife or just admire the views. Wonderful to sit with a glass or two watching the spectacular sunsets.

Downstairs there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, irons and ironing boards are supplied for each unit.
