Two mile rivers, Fowey and Warleggan flowing through a 65-acre private estate in the beautiful wooded Glynn Valley, Cornwall PL14 6HT. Once through the gate entrance to the estate, 'Wainsford' is a haven of peace, calm and tranquillity, worlds away from today's bustling lifestyle. Surrounded by 65 acres including rivers, lakes and woodland, the estate is rich with wildlife. Buzzards soar overhead while the Kingfisher darts along the river looking for his meal. Blink and you'll miss him.

Gamekeeper's Cottage is in a unique hideaway location tucked by the banks of the river Warleggan with its own private access and parking. It has a lounge area with open fireplace, kitchen/dining area with overn, hob and firdge with freezer compartment. Bedroom with en-suite shower room (including heated towel rail). Outside there are two deck areas one extending out over the river. An ideal hideaway for keen fishermen or romantic couples alike.

There is an ancillary building nearby housing a rod room and a full size snooker table providing additional space and entertainment. The Fowey river that runs through the estate is split into four beats, with the 'home beat' being within yards of the three cottages and boasting half a dozen prime sea trout pools. Fishing for the late-run silver salmon starts in earnest around October each year. The cottages are available for weekly breaks but shorter visits can also be accommodated, beginning or finishing on Saturdays (changeover day).
