Refurbished to a high standard, this character cottage sleeping 4 people has a sunny south facing garden & beautiful views out to sea. For cosy winter evenings there is a lovely open fire. The cottage benefits from peace & quiet but is only 5 minutes walk down into the village of Polperro with it's numerous restaurants & pubs. Unusually for Polperro there is onsite parking & vehicle access to the cottage without the need to drive through the bustling village centre!     Changeover day is Friday which avoids the heavy week-end traffic & dogs will be accepted with prior agreement.
