Self catering holiday in our 6 berth fully fitted caravan. It is situated on a private site on a farm with a large garden space for children, tents or to sit and enjoy the fantastic views with a glass of wine. There are two bedrooms, one a double and the other a twin. Another double bed can be assembled in the dining area although bedding is not provided for this. The bathroom has a WC,basin,half-bath and shower. The kitchen has a gas cooker/hob,fridge and microwave. The living area houses a dining table and comfortable seating area, and there is a TV and DVD player and a play station provided. The caravan is supplied with bedding in the double and twin room, you only need to bring towels. All gas and electricity are included in the price. The views from the caravan are stunning, looking across fields and to the sea. The garden has a patio set and BBQ. Parking is available adjacent to the caravan so no long marches with cases! The farm is situated in Penpillick, Par, approx. 2 miles to the coast and 2 miles from the Eden Project. It is near the charming, historic fishing ports of Fowey and Mevaggissey, near to Charlestown the home of the Tall Ships and Lostwithiel with its abundance of antique shops. The picturesque Luxylean valley and many more tourist attractions are also close by. It is close to local amenities. Pets are welcome. There are animals around the farm that children can help to feed. This is a quiet rural location, not near any noisy roads, and with no other caravans.
