Our aim has been to create a high quaility,small friendly bed and breakfast offering stylish and comfortable accommodation with the very best of hospitality and service.the guest rooms are en-suit and are in annexed accommodation in our family home.A privet enterance leads into the conservatory were breakfast is served overlooking the gardens which are abound with flowers,azaleas,rhododerdronsand the orchard were our resident hen's live providing an ample supply of eggs to enjoy at breakfast. Being only half a mile from junction 40 of the M6 and one mile from the A66 we are the ideal b&bfor people staying over in penrith while traveling to and from scotland.
