Located in a peaceful setting high in the hills towards the southern end of the Peak District National Park, Stanshope Hall is an 18th century listed building offering comfortable and spacious accommodation and delicious breakfasts. We are convenient for  walking in Dovedale, visits to Chatsworth, nights out at the Buxton festival, trips to Alton Towers and market town shopping in Ashbourne and Bakewell.

The rooms all have views over the countryside or garden and the usual amenities including flat screen TV.

Downstairs there is a guests drawing room with open fire where we can provide light suppers ( home made soups, sandwiches, cakes) by arrangement and we are licensed.

Outside there is a large flower garden for sitting out in sunnier weather, a vegetable garden to inspect and even a full sized trampoline in the neighbouring field for the more energetically inclined.
