Sleeps 4+2. Annie's Cabin is a hand built Finnish-style log cabin, set in an unspoilt meadow, 2 miles from Ludlow, and within easy reach of the glorious countryside of the Shropshire Hills and Welsh Marches.
The cabin has been constructed with the aim of minimising impact on the environment, both during the building process, and over its lifetime, using Douglas Fir logs grown in Mid-Wales. If you're interested in reducing the CO2 emissions of your own home, a holiday here may give you some ideas, and enable you to try out technologies such as the wood-pellet stove, solar water-heating, an induction hob and LED/low energy lighting.
We have also incorporated disabled facilities into the design, including level access throughout, a wet room, and extra wide doors.
