LE DOUIT FARM APARTMENTS - 3 & 4 Star
Le Douit 3 & 4 Star farm apartments, converted from the farms granite barns are situated in a small lane, a field away from St. Martin's Church in the ancient hamlet of La Bellieuse. At Le Douit you will be able to relax and unwind in these peaceful surroundings. A short two minute stroll will find you in the parish centre with its clothes and food shops, chemist, doctors surgery, garage, post office, cafes, hairdressers, and a good old fashioned bakery. If you do not want to cook, make use of the nearby hotels for excellent bar meals or treat yourself in the evening at one of Guernsey's excellent restaurants. St. Peter Port, the main shopping centre, is five minutes by car. The five main south coast beaches and the famous scenic cliff walks are within a one and a half miles radius giving access to over 20 miles of pedestrian paths. An area of a field is available for children to play; with a swing and rope for climbing, plus picnic tables in various areas, and table and chairs outside no. 3 and 5. A washing machine and tumble dryer is available in one of the barns. No 3, 4 & 5 have undergone refurbishment over the last couple of years.
Le Douit guests are welcome to use our swimming pool at Del Mar Court - just a two minute drive away.
Le Douit No. 3 - ground floor - 4 Star - Kitchen, lounge with TV (Sky Freesat) & DVD/diner, kingsize bedroom, refurbished bathroom with shower over.
Le Douit No. 4 - first floor - 4 Star - Kitchen, lounge with LCD TV (Sky Freesat) & DVD/diner, refurbished bathroom with bath/shower, second floor - one twin and one double bedroom. A flight of granite steps is used to access this first & second floor flat.
Le Douit No. 5 - ground floor - 4 Star - Kitchen, lounge with TV (Sky Freesat) & DVD/diner, and kingsize bedroom and one single room with pair of bunk beds, bathroom with shower over bath.
Le Douit No. 6 - first floor - 3 Star - Kitchen/lounge with TV (Sky Freesat) & DVD/diner, and double bedroom, shower room. A flight of granite steps is used to access this first floor flat.
