The apartment is part of a lovely new conversion of a fisherman’s home in the historical Inner Hope part of the village. This part of Hope Cove, with its thatched cottages and lifeboat station, adjoins the National Trust land of Bolt Tail and the South West Coast Path. It is situated in a sheltered valley leading to Bolberry.
This spacious upstairs apartment has views towards the sea and the safe sandy beaches are only 150 metres away. Short stays and weekends are possible out of the main season with the provision of breakfast packs if required
Accommodation:
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, 1 kingsize with balcony, + ensuite bathroom – whirlpool, shower over, toilet, bidet:
1 double with 2nd bathroom and large airing cupboard.
Open plan living room kitchen, with a double sofa bed, +TV, video, DVD. The kitchen area equipped with electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine.
There is an additional seating area on the large landing with a sofa which comprises 2 single beds, moveable if required.
All linen, towels and heating are included. A high chair and cot are available on request. Duvets and pillows can be feather or polyester as requested.
Downstairs: Family lounge – 2 sofas + additional chairs, TV
3rd bedroom, double with two bunks + sink, bathroom opposite
4th bedroom, twin - two singles + ensuite shower room
Sheltered garden with deck ,sun- loungers and dining furniture. BBQ permitted.

David Morgan is the last fulltime working crab fisherman living in Hope Cove. His boat The Artful Dodger SA 156 is moored in Salcombe. Crabs and lobsters are available to order, weather permitting.
Sue Morgan is a local teacher, artist and basketmaker who runs occasional workshops on making traditional willow crabpots and basket making.
