Holmefield is a delightful late victorian country guest house situated on the doorstep of both Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall and enjoying breathtaking, uninterrupted views over the Derwent Valley and the restored Peak District steam railway creating a feeling of nostalga.  The Guest House has been lovingly restored by owners, Kate and Geoff who have created a wonderful, relaxing environment whilst providing the type of luxury accommodation today's most disearning guests demand.  AA 5 STAR AWARDED our en suite bedrooms are all individually designed and decorated and all feature hospitality trays, t.v./dvd players, complimentary toiletries, bath robes and slippers.  We also have a large guest lounge with open fire and tremendous views which guests are welcome to use anytime to relax, pour a glass of complimentary sherry and unwind.

Evening meals are available most nights but usually need to be pre-booked, special diets catered for.
