Luxury bed & breakfast accommodation in a charming 18th century farmhouse near to Launceston and easily accessible from the A30. Visit Britain rated 4 stars, Silver Award.

Our emphasis is very much on comfort and quality.  Two large double guest rooms each have a king-sized bed, modern ensuite shower room with quality toiletries, WiFi, TV & DVD, tea & coffee-making facilities and are centrally-heated.  Each room has its own private entrance and terrace. 

A full English breakfast is sure to set you up for the day, with bacon and sausages from our renowned local butcher.  Lighter or vegetarian options are always available, and fresh bread is baked each morning.

£35 per person per night for two people sharing a double room, discounted rate for 3 nights or more.  Single occupancy - £55 per person per night.  Well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay free of charge.
