  • The ancient market town of Settle has cobbled streets and many country shops and restaurants, and is ideally placed for touring the beautiful Yorkshire Dales and visiting the Settle to Carlisle railway which features steam trains
  • Interesting local attractions are the Post Box art gallery on The Green and this is possibly the smallest art gallery in the world
  • Close to the market square is Castleberg rock and this has been adopted by the British Mountineering Council who have created climbing routes on it
  • A wide range of leisure activities are enjoyed by locals and visitors alike
