Our self catering cottages, Glenernan Bothy & Glenernan Cottage, are now avaliable for weekly let and also for short breaks in the off season. They have been rated as Visit Scotland 4 Star and the advertised price includes all electricity, heating, luxury towels, bed linen and t-towels. Converted from the old servants quarters in our grounds they are luxuriously furnished and boast a flat screen LCD TV, DVD Player, Stereo radio/CD and free WiFi. Each has private parking and are less-abled friendly. Glenernan Bothy & Glenernan Cottage each sleep 1 or 2 in a double bedroom with ensuite full wet room. Both have a well equipped kitchen with full cooker, microwave and fridge freezer situated at one end of a large lounge/diner. Leather reclining sofas will help you relax after a busy day.
The cottages are ideal for anyone wishing to stay in Ballater a little longer and to explore Royal Deeside and the Cairngorms National Park and beyond, or for those wishhing to be more independant.
