Enjoy our great holiday location between the Yorkshire Dales and N Yorks Moors, peacefully set in 24 acres of garden, paddocks, lake and woodland.  An ideal base to explore the National Parks as well well the historic sites and visitor attractions of North Yorkshire.

Our guests enjoy spacious accommodation with the ease of access and privacy offered by a seperate guest entrance, dining room/lounge and conservatory.  All generously size bedrooms are en-suite, with comfy beds for a great nights sleep and tea making facilities with a wide selection of teas/coffees. 

Home cooking is our pleasure. We are pleased to offer home made cake with tea on arrival, and, in the morning,a hearty, locally source breakfast including local organic milk and butter as well as home produced free range eggs from our hens.  Evening meals are prepared in our kitchen and incorporate home grown veg. Vegetarians are welcome and other dietary requirements can be catered for.
