We have two comfortable bedrooms

Double Room

The attractive, spacious double bedroom is furnished in pine and has windows to two aspects with lovely views of the Red Cuillin Mountains. This room has an en-suite shower, washbasin and toilet.

Twin Bedded Room

The delightful twin-bedded room is also furnished in pine and has a stunning view of the Black Cuillin Ridge and the waterfall across the road. Guests staying in this room have exclusive use of a separate private bathroom with wash basin, toilet and bath with electric shower

Both bedrooms have a mini-fridge and hairdryer. A generous hospitality tray with a selection of tea, coffee & hot chocolate is provided.

Also available are a good selection of local interest books and guides.

You will find that the house has many framed prints displayed of artwork by local artists.

  • We are centrally located on the Isle of Skye with extensive views of the Cuillin Mountains; just 2 miles from Sligachan; Skye's premier walking and climbing centre and the famous Sligachan Hotel with its fascinating climbing museum
  • A 10 minute drive will take you to the scenic Glen Brittle; with its Fairy Pools
  • waterfalls; forest walks and a stunning beach all under the shadow of the Black Cuillin mountains
  • Here is the starting point for the more adventurous climbers but from the car park you will find a lovely walk along the coastal path to the headland
  • Keep a lookout though as you may be lucky enough to spot a Golden Eagle or even a White Tailed Sea Eagle both of which inhabit the area
  • The local area really is a paradise for Bird Watchers; Photographers; Artists and Climbers
  • We have the most stunning sunrise; sunsets and moonrise plus stargazing all from our front door
  • The clarity of the air means there is much to observe in the night sky and we often see shooting stars
