ross Tree House is a 17th century Grade 2 listed farmhouse, constructed of Hamstone, with a thatched roof. The rooms are spacious,  comfortable, warm and welcoming and contain many original features. The house can accommodate up to 25  people in 7/8 bedrooms. It has a walled garden and small orchard with an oak timber framed games barn and badminton/volleyball court.
