A fabulous 3 bedroom Regency property, sleeping up to 8 guests,  located within the Clifton Hill Conservation Area , a short walk from Western Road , its shops, bars, cafes & restaurants and also 5 minutes from the seafront and the beach itself. Clifton Hill Gallery is a great base for a visit to Brighton and for visits to London too.

There is a dining table to seat 8 guests for formal sit down dining, a corner sofa to relax & enjoy a glass of wine or watch TV on the large 40" plasma screen. Listen to music on the iPod dock & chat with friends. The property has 3 spacious double bedrooms, 2 baths & 3 cloakrooms.

There is a self-contained double bedroom at the top of the house with fabulous double ended bath and cloakroom,  two further double bedrooms, one the width of the house with feature four poster bed and bay window,  and a further 2 single mattresses,  which makes it possible to accommodate up to 8 people.

For those discerning or aspiring artists amongst you - Clifton Hill Gallery has a brightly coloured, contemporary décor and art work adorning the walls - available to purchase from the owner!

Bright, fresh & immaculately decorated open plan living dining area with corner sofa and 2 chairs offering a great space for family or corporate gatherings. The impressive feature fireplace, bookshelves & artwork gives this area a homely, comfortable, yet contemporary feel. Lovely stained glass Regency double doors open out onto a wrap around balcony with table and chairs. 

There are 2 portable, single mattresses available to sleep a further 2 guests.

Large dining table to seat 8 people comfortably for sit down dining if required.

Large spacious family bathroom with bath and shower over , wash hand basin, fireplace & doors to balcony. Separate W.C next door.

The fantastic contemporary free-standing double ended bath makes this space an ideal romantic getaway for a couple. it also has its own separate walk in wardrobe!

Second Bedroom

A fantastic romantic large and spacious master bedroom, spanning the width of the building, with four poster double bed and feature bay window, and oblique sea views. Ample storage for your clothes & belongings.

Good size Double bedroom with bright contemporary coloured decor. Ample storage and views across to the sea.

Balconies/Terrace

The many ornate iron work balconies are a feature of this property, creating lovely areas to sit & socialise & enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon tea or evening drinks with your family and friends! There is also a delightful rear terrace with garden furniture and a BBQ.

Clifton Hill Apartment

This lovely one bed apartment sleeps up to 4 people and is available to book with the house above to sleep a total of 12 guests for which there is an additional charge of £395 for the weekend. Please ensure, that if required, you select from the list of extras on the booking page.

This superb one bedroom apartment has its own separate entrance, large double bedroom with fireplace, addtional sleeping space in the living area & double french doors which open out on to patio garden terrace. Its a perfect over flow pad for up to 4 guests!

Good sized shower room with rainfall shower head, wash hand basin and WC. Stylish and delightful galley kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite work tops & plenty of cupboard space. It comes complete with everything you will need for your stay. Hob, Extractor fan, oven, coffee machine,

The open plan living area has dining to seat 4, Large plasma screen TV and outlook to patio garden terrace with large table and chairs for alfresco dining.
