Guest House

We are located in LAKE - midway between Shanklin and Sandown.   We have 9 rooms comprising of 4 double rooms, 2 family rooms, 2 singles and 1 twin - this being on the ground floor.  We offer any day to any day bookings, when placing a booking we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 1 night per person.  If a double room is occupied by 1 person then  a charge at of 2 adults is made during mid and high seasons.

We offer evening meals Sunday through to Wednesday on a book and pay as you go basis (order by end of breakfast on the day you require the meal if you so wish).  We are licensed and Kevin is a qualified and experienced chef, we use as much local produce as we are able to. 

We have our own car park and are situated near to Lake station.  Guests have access to their rooms at all times and have a front door key the garden is also for guests use.  Small view of the sea is only possible in 1 family room and 1 single room.  Apart from 1 single room all rooms have full en-suite shower rooms. (Other single has shower and basin in the room and own toilet in hallway which they have a key for.   Check in is available from 10am-10pm but rooms are not guaranteed to be ready until 3pm although they usually are, but you are welcome to leave your bags with us. 

Guest lounge is available all day with TV, various games, books, puzzles etc including a few children's toys.  Apart from family rooms we do not have TV's in the rooms as we wish to maintain the peace and quiet and encourage guests to chat with others in the lounge or garden.

Prices various upon low/mid/high season ranging from £22.50-£27.50 per person per night.  During mid and high seasons a surchage of £2.00 per person is charged for stays of 1 night only.
