We are fully a non smoking B&B ideally placed in York with easy access to all attractions including York Minster and we're only 9 to 10 minutes walk from York's historic city centre via a pleasant tree lined riverside walk or the main road. We're also conveniently near to York University and supply free campus maps for visiting students or families of students. The guest house is fully fire certificated, and we have guaranteed free parking (essential in York!).
