‘Ty Gilfach’ is a stunning Grade II listed 250-year-old Farmhouse nestled in 50 acres of private grounds in Cwm Pennant in Snowdonia National Park. The name "Gilfach" comes from "cil" (meaning retreat, nook or recess) and "fach" (little or small) meaning "The Little Retreat” which aptly describes this wonderful former watermill and farmhouse with its original waterwheel.  Surrounded by babbling mountain streams, this property is brimming with historical character and charm and has many wonderful features such as original exposed beams, an inglenook fireplace with wood-burning stove and 3ft dressed stone walls. Perfect for Honeymoons or Romantic weekend escapes (Couples discounts available.)  Alternatively with three bedrooms (plus a playroom for little ones!), allowing the property to sleep parties of up to six people, Ty Gilfach is also a great retreat for families. The decor is a wonderful fusion of traditional and contemporary - catering for all tastes.
