Three cottages each with one bedroom, ideal for two. High-quality conversion of stone barn all on one level. Light and airy, heated throughout plus log fire. Warm and comfortable in all seasons. Generously equipped to a high standard.

Sit in the south-facing conservatory and gaze across garden, river & large pond and over the Tweed valley to the Cheviot hills. Wander through 10 hectares of pasture beside the stream or along the riverside path. Explore the glorious Borders countryside and then relax in front of a log fire. Large living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom (king size  or twin), bathroom & conservatory. Extra beds available. Dogs allowed in one cottage only, the other two cottages are strictly pet free.

Access to all rooms and to patio without steps. Spacious, secluded garden. Peaceful location. Large car park + covered parking. Proprietors live on site and offer an excellent level of service. All this is so easily accessible.
