Boyne House Apartment, a one bedroom self catering apartment, has been decorated in a traditional but modern British style, and has been recently modernised in keeping with the age of the property.

The self catering holiday apartment which sleeps 2+1 or 4 by arrangement, is a ground floor/basement flat which was formerly used as servants quarters.

With its own Georgian double door entrance, keeping it entirely separate from Boyne House where the owners live, the flat comprises a large sitting room, a spacious double bedroom, a modern kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

The apartment includes gas central heating, digital TV with DVD player, a washing machine and a microwave. All bedding, gas, electricity, towels and linen are provided.

Boyne House was built as a merchant’s house in 1800. It is now a listed building and is a good example of a Scottish Georgian detached townhouse. The self catering apartment and house have been recently refurbished.

Boyne House is situated in the heart of Forres, minutes from the High Street. It is ideally placed as holiday accommodation for golf, fishing, whisky and castle trails, river and coastal walks. The Cairngorms, Loch Ness, Elgin and Inverness are easily accessible. The Findhorn Community and beautiful beach are just 10 minutes drive away.
