The holiday apartment comfortably sleeps up to 5 people and is located on the 5th floor and there is a lift within the block and an entry phone system. The accommodation comprises open plan lounge/kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The kitchen area is fully equipped with double oven/grill, hob, fridge, washing machine/tumble dryer, and cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment. There is one double bedroom with a double bed and additional folding single bed. The lounge area has Sky TV and wireless internet, and includes a double sofa-bed. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, basin and w.c. The rent includes all hot water and heating, as well as Sky TV, and wireless internet. Electricity is metered on a key system.

The flat is within yards of the main shopping areas, pubs and clubs. Bournemouth offers the shopper a fabulous day out for retail enjoyment.
