Blue Waters is a modern apartment situated in a superb holiday location within easy reach of Southbourne’s golden beaches. There are several cafes and restaurants very close to the property including the well known ‘Bistro on the Beach’ a short stroll away, located right down on the beach. A pleasant walk along the beach or a short drive away is the very popular Hengistbury Head with nature walks, stunning scenery, sandy beaches and a 3 par Golf Course and Driving range. Just a mile to the east Christchurch has a great choice of restaurants is centred around it's historic Priory church.

The apartment is located on the raised ground floor and has accommodation comprising; open plan lounge/kitchen, the lounge area has a sofa bed (sleeping an additional two people), a TV/DVD Player, and doors leading out to a private balcony with sea views. There is a dining table and chairs seating four people. The kitchen is modern with an integrated dishwasher, integrated fridge/freezer and integrated washing machine, and is fully fitted with everything you will need to make this a “home from home”, there is a master bedroom with double bed and an ensuite shower room and a private balcony with sea views, a further double bedroom with two single beds and a family bathroom with walk in shower and a separate bath.

The apartment is well equipped and there are plenty of facilities close by so that everything is in place for your perfect holiday.
