Beach House is a substantial detached Victorian House overlooking the sea on the coast road running through Mundesley, North Norfolk. The sea views from all the windows at the front of the house are outstanding! We are five minutes from the centre of the bustling village of Mundesley with lovely local shops, a fresh fish stall (straight off the boat!), deli, greengrocer, post office, fish & chip shop, cafes and gift shops.

BEDROOMS

Beach House has seven bedrooms:

Two kingsize rooms (one is a four poster bed)

Two huge super kingsize bedrooms

Three twin bedrooms

Each bedroom is individually designed and styled, all have pristine white bedlinen and white fluffy towels which come as standard whether you book whether for two nights or seven.

BATHROOMS

There are three lovely bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi bath & electric shower over bath, one has a roll-top victorian style bath and power shower over bath, and the bathroom on the top floor is a slipper bath with a shower attachment.

GROUND FLOOR

Downstairs is a huge open plan living room/dining room/kitchen with professional range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, two fridges, tumble dryer. This room has a full Sky package TV and a Wii gamestation for after-dinner games. The dining table seats 14.

The big sitting room downstairs has a woodburner at one end and an open log fire at the other. There are three comfy sofas and two archchairs with a full Sky package with Sports and films, a film library, board games, DVDs and CDs.

OUTSIDE

There is a pretty cottage style garden with trampoline and slide, a BBQ deck, two tables, six benches and a few deck chairs!

Parking for 5 cars opposite the house.
