An elegant Victorian Guesthouse with 8 en-suite rooms, residents' lounge and a small bar. Situated in a quiet residential area between Torquay centre and the beautiful Babbacombe Downs on the South West Coastal Path.

Our rooms are comfortably furnished, and have digital TV, hair dryer, towels, drinks making facilities, mineral water and complementary toiletres. We have single, twin and double rooms.

Our B&B tariff is simple to make it easier for you to calculate the cost of your stay with us. We have just one price throughout the year, with no Bank Holiday supplements although we do insist on a minimum two-night stay over a Bank Holiday:

One night: £36.00 per person

Two to six nights: £34.00 per person per night

Seven nights (one week): £30 per person per night (£210 per week)

Breakfast ingredients are sourced from local suppliers and served in our elegant dining room which overlooks a park. Our licensed bar is small but well stocked, including beers from the local Bays Brewery in Paignton.

We pride ourselves on high levels of cleanliness and service, and you will always be assured of a warm welcome at Avron House.
