Avonmore is a modern house situated at the end of the lane on the Tinnocks Lane private estate.  It overlooks the Blackwater estuary and the garden ends at the sea wall where there is access to a shingle beach.  It would appeal to those who are after a peaceful break in a unique location.  There are stunning views over the garden and estuary beyond from the large upstairs living area and balcony.  The area has been designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest, being a winter feeding site for migratory birds.  The wide expanse of water makes it a poplar sailing area in the summer months and the local sailing club, Stone SC, can be seen from the house and is a short walk away.  It is an ideal location for walking, cycling and sailing enthusiasts.

The house sleeps 8, in 4 bedrooms, three of which are on the ground floor and one on the first floor.  The living/dining room and kitchen are on the first floor.  There are two shower rooms (one of which is ensuite) and one bathroom.

It is a great place for family parties/reunions as the living/dining room is huge as it extends over the full width of the house.
