It is centrally positioned on the North Norfolk Coast, in Wells-next-the-Sea, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, ideal for walkers, birdwatchers, cyclists, watersports or simply relaxing - watching the world go by in the harbour or reclining on the golden sandy beach.
Armeria provides three, large, luxurious, bright and airy double/ twin rooms with large comfy beds, well stocked hospitality trays, digital TV, DVD, WIFI, spotless modern en-suites with fluffy towels.
Breakfast is selected from a large menu which includes locally smoked kippers and bacon, local sausages, local apple juice and fresh bread from the baker every morning. Guests can select everything from smoked salmon with scrambled egg to a full English or healthy options with plenty of fresh fruit.
Armeria offers spacious private parking facilities, a sunny conservatory and large garden.
