Arden House enjoys a central but quiet position in the sea-side town of Bexhill-on-Sea.  It is situated close to the sea-front with its famous De La Warr Pavilion, as well as the town centre and railway station which are all within a few minutes walk.  Manor Road itself offers ample parking and the house has a relaxed and elegant ambience.

Our guest accommodation consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and a further room with double and single beds and private bathroom, suitable as a double, twin or family room.  All rooms are provided with hospitality trays and a good selection of tea, coffee, herbal teas and fresh milk.  There is a selection of books and videos in each room and games such as backgammon, scrabble and draughts for relaxing afternoons or evenings in. Breakfast is served in the conservatory overlooking our mature enclosed garden.  The menu features locally produced bacon, sausages and eggs as well as vegetarian and fish options. The lounge, conservatory and garden are open to guests until 6 p.m. and smokers are welcome to use either the front or back gardens.
