A pretty and very comfortable cosy Cornish stone cottage, sleeping four, available for self catering lettings.

Pets allowed.

Families and couples only. Changeover day Saturday.

Situated in between the resorts of Perranporth (5 miles) and Newquay (3miles) in the quiet village of Cubert.

Closest beach is at Holywell Bay just over 1 mile.

Nearest pub is the Smugglers Den Inn within 0.5 mile walking distance.

Safe private enclosed garden.

All bed linen (100% cotton), tea towels and a bathroom floor mat provided.

All heating and electricity is included in our price.
