We promise a friendly welcome to this attractive 3* cottage with 3 bedrooms, in a peaceful location with a large walled garden away from the road. It is only 5 minutes walk from the town centre, bus stops, shops and 20 restaurants. The M11 and Stansted Airport are only about 3 miles away. The railway station is 10 minutes walk from the cottage, with regular fast trains to the City and Cambridge.

The accommodation consists of two comfortable rooms with double beds with wash hand basins and an adjacent room with full-lengthtwin bunk beds, sharing an adjoining bathroom for guest's use only.   An additional put-u-up bed can be provided in the double room.   All rooms have Television, tea and coffee making facilities, fan and hairdryer.  Free access to Wi-Fi available.

Full English or Light breakfasts are included and are available from 07.30am. Vegetarians are catered for.  All eggs used are home produce free range.  Check in from 4.00pm & check out by 10.00am (or by arrangement).  Guests are asked not to smoke in the house.

Off street parking and limited garage parking is available by arrangement, at owners risk
