2, Nil-Desperandum, is a 17th century oak framed cottage which was renovated to a high standard, in 2008, it contains original features with up to date amenities. Sleeping 4, the cottage is perfect for family holidays and for couples wanting a romantic hideaway.

Close to the centre of the village, but set back from the road, the cottage has good size gardens (enclosed to the rear) and parking for 2 cars.

Internally the spacious accommodation is well equipped and is presented to a high standard. The beamed lounge / dining room has a stone floor and a woodburning stove, whilst the refitted kitchen includes integrated appliances.

The ground floor twin bedroom has an en suite shower / wc whilst to the first floor, accessed via a steep staircase, is a generous double bedroom and principal bathroom with shower and bath.

Naturally there is central heating, Free Sat flat screen TV and laundry facilities. Linen and towels are provided.

1 well behaved dog permitted by prior arrangement.
